RINCON JEFFERSON 36

The project replaces one aging and mostly vacant two-story office building, one single-story commercial building and one single-family residence with 36 new three-story duplex townhomes, including 1 affordable unit for very low income families.  The proposed residential condominiums range in size from approximately 1,500 square feet to 2,105 square feet. Each unit includes an attached garage. The property located at 2755-2745 Jefferson St and 2714 Madison St is just a short walk to public transportation, shopping, dining and the vibrant amenities of Carlsbad Village. The project is compliant with the City of Carlsbad General Plan and the Village and Barrio Master Plan, both of which designate this site for new housing.
